OUR STORY
Plan, design, and document the network and apply information.
Intergraph G/Technology enables operators to maintain a definitive source of reliable, location-based information describing their facility network and its connectivity and share with users and systems across their organization.
It delivers records that are more accurate, consistent, and current by applying intelligent, rules-driven tools that streamline and enhance the processes for designing and documenting the network. It is able to assess, manage, and track thestatus of projects, equipment, and connections and coordinate with other business systems to manage the full engineering life cycle.
G/Technology's development has been guided by our 40 years of experience gained in deploying GIS for communications and utility companies.
G/Technology Administrator is the software component of the G/Technology suite of products that provides the tools necessary to administer a G/Technology system. In addition to all the functionality provided with G/Technology Designer and G/Technology Analyst, G/Technology Administrator also includes a specialized set of administrative commands for managing the G/Technology metadata system. It includes commands to assist with the definition and maintenance of metadata, and administrative tools for building predefined queries, traces, reports, and publishing of all data and metadata for use by the G/Technology clients.
G/Technology Designer is the base client software component within the G/Technology suite of products. It is used for network design and maintenance activities of the feature-based asset information within the G/Technology database. TheG/Technology Designer client seat provides the user environment for accessing the corporate asset database.
G/Technology MobileViewer provides view/read-only access to the master facility model. It provides viewing, navigation, query, tracing, and redline capabilities using a local snapshot of the database, and does not require the purchase of a database product, such as Oracle.
G/Technology NetExport Server is the software module that provides the capability to export G/Technology data to other standard formats, such as MapInfo, MicroStation, AutoCAD, ArcView, and ArcInfo. With this module, users can share G/Technology data with external agencies, companies, or contractors.
G/Technology NetViewer provides view/read only access to the master facility model. It accesses the live G/Technology database. It combines standard web access to the database with smart graphics and a variety of tools to enable the development of robust web applications accessible over the Internet or an intranet.
Anglian Water deploys utility GIS to better manage its infrastructure, modernize its IT environment, and centralize its asset and geospatial data.
Stadtwerke Bayreuth Energie und Wasser GmbH uses GIS to update asset data management, improve utility network visualization, and meet mandated reporting requirements.
Virgin Media uses a unified GIS-based inventory system to streamline its operations, modernize its network holdings, and expand its fiber-based services.
