Steven Cost directs the overall global strategy for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. A certified public accountant, he holds a master's degree in business administration from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining Hexagon, Cost served as vice president and corporate controller for Adtran Inc. and has also held senior financial management roles at AVEX Electronics and Benchmark Electronics.

Blair Jacks
CFO
Blair Jacks serves as the chief financial officer for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. Jacks has extensive experience in finance, administration, and accounting in diverse industries, including telecommunications and electronics manufacturing services. Prior to joining Hexagon, Jacks held an executive position at Adtran Inc. In the past, he has held senior positions at Flextronics International, Chatham Technologies, and AVEX Electronics. Jacks is a certified public accountant and certified management accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of South Alabama and an MBA from the University of Alabama.

Kalyn Sims
CTO Safety and Security
Kalyn Sims is the chief technology officer for safety and security software at Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. Sims joined the organization in 2011 through the acquisition of her company, Denali Solutions. Prior to founding Denali Solutions in 2000, Sims worked as a management consultant and software engineer for Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Thermo Electron, and other companies. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and a master's in business administration.

Georg Hammerer
CTO Geospatial
Georg Hammerer serves as chief technology officer for geospatial software at Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. He joined Hexagon in 2007, following the acquisition of a geographic information systems company he founded. Hammerer has broad experience across Hexagon, having served in product development, as managing director for Austria and leading global geospatial software sales and operations. He studied surveying at the Technical University of Vienna.

Jason Sims
CMO
Jason Sims is the chief marketing officer for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. Focusing on digital transformation and data-driven insights, he spearheads creative initiatives to positively impact the business. Sims began his tenure with Hexagon in 2007, with leadership experience across three divisions. Prior to his current role, he led other marketing teams within Hexagon, as well as inside sales, partner management, and Hexagon’s Google reseller business. Sims holds a BS in geography with a GIS concentration and a BS in technical communication from James Madison University.

Richard Morris
Division General Counsel
Richard Morris serves as division general counsel and vice president of global contracts for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law and has more than 20 years of progressive legal experience. Prior to joining Hexagon in 2013, Morris was a shareholder with the law firm of Sirote & Permutt, P.C. He is also experienced in corporate leadership though multiple engagements on governing boards of directors.

Jay Cobb

Jay Cobb is the senior vice president of global human resources for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. With 20 years of progressive human resources experience in the technology, manufacturing, software, engineering, government services, and e-commerce industries, Cobb has a proven track record of implementing strategic human resources initiatives in a global business environment. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and serves on the board of directors for both the American Cancer Society and United Way of Huntsville.

Dirk Wagemans
VP Google Commercial
Dirk Wagemans is the vice president for Google sales and services for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. He joined Hexagon in 2012, helping to drive geospatial software sales growth in Europe, India, and Japan and served as vice president for geospatial software in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Hexagon, he worked in the health, services, and energy sectors. He began his career in diplomacy. Wagemans holds degrees in history, international politics, geography, and management.

Bill Campbell is senior vice president for Hexagon's Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division, leading the Americas region and the global public safety business. He joined Hexagon with more than 20 years of management, sales, and marketing experience. Prior to Hexagon, Campbell served as global sales officer and vice president of the technology services business at Capgemini and held executive positions at General Electric Information Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a master of business administration from The Johns Hopkins University, and a master of public service and administration and graduate certificate in homeland security from The Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.

Weber has more than 25 years of experience with Hexagon, having served in various executive roles, including managing director of Germany, utilities business unit manager, and sales manager. Prior to joining Hexagon, Weber worked at Bentley Systems, Mannesmann Mobilfunk, and Bavarian Hydro-electric Plants in Munich. He has a degree in surveying from Munich University of Applied Sciences.

Mladen Stojic leads the government, transportation, and defense business for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. A recognized leader and innovator within the geospatial community, Stojic has over 20 years of combined experience across Hexagon companies, including in senior leadership positions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in survey engineering from Ryerson University and a master’s degree in geography from Western University.

Ferzad Bharucha is the senior vice president of APAC for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. Bharucha joined the Hexagon team with more than two decades experience in management, sales, services, and technology across Asia and Oceania. Prior to Hexagon, Bharucha held leadership positions at organizations such as Brightstar, SingTel Optus, and Vodafone. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Australia’s University of Wollongong, and a master’s in business administration from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. He also completed the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
