Creating Safer Cities Around the Globe: HxGN LIVE in Hong Kong

As the president of Intergraph SG&I, I am proud to be a part of the HxGN LIVE conference as it comes to one of the world’s most dynamic cities this November – Hong Kong. Drawing on the ‘Lion Rock Spirit’ of Hong Kong residents, we are working hard to create an exceptional experience for our customers.

Underpinning HxGN LIVE is the knowledge that mobility, the cloud, and analytics are fundamentally changing how we work and live. In an age of hyper connectivity – where there are no boundaries between physical and virtual worlds – some view these technologies as disruptive. We view this transformation – and its inherent challenges – as an opportunity to develop solutions that help our customers successfully harness new technologies to improve the safety and quality of life of their citizens.

In support of this, we are focusing on the central theme Safe Cities for the Synergy track at HxGN LIVE, and how our software can positively impact entire cities and nations. In partnering with our customers, we have contributed to revolutionary projects that generate great stories worth telling. One of these stories is from the Philippines – the implementation of the country’s first-ever central emergency response center by Pure Force & Rescue Corporation. You’ll also hear how the entire country of New Zealand is leveraging Intergraph and Hexagon technology to build safer cities for a better future.

Huawei, a global leader of information and communications technology in China, will also be joining us at HxGN LIVE. Together, we will highlight a solution that combines Intergraph public safety software with Huawei’s telecommunications, networking, and hardware technologies to help improve efficiency, shorten emergency response times, and create a safer society.

From expert-guided demos of our technology solutions to tangible examples of how our solutions are solving some of our customers’ biggest challenges, HxGN LIVE in Hong Kong is certain to inform and enlighten you, and leave you feeling empowered to shape smarter change in your world.

I hope to see you in November.
