Ginny WilcoxManager, West Business Unit
Ginny Wilcox is the regional manager for Hexagon in California. A 17-year public safety veteran, she previously served San Jose Police Department as a public safety radio dispatcher and tactical dispatcher. She also was a key player in several software initiatives during her tenure at the department.
Ginny is a dedicated 911 professional and has obtained her Emergency Number Professional (ENP) certification twice through the National Emergency Number Association (NENA).
Mike DeeryDirector, West Business Unit
Mike Deery is the western region director for Hexagon, responsible for customer implementations, services, and ongoing support. He is responsible for leading a highly motivated team to deliver safer and more reliable solutions.
Mike has nearly three decades of experience in both the public and private sectors in software, safety and infrastructure, IT, and supply chain distribution. Prior to joining Hexagon, Mike held strategic sales and leadership roles at Xerox Corporation, Dell, and W.W. Grainger.
Ben ErnstVP & General Manager, Public Safety
Ben Ernst is the vice president and general manager of public safety at Hexagon and is responsible for the overall performance of Hexagon’s U.S. public safety business. He oversees implementations and support and is responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
Ben has been in technology leadership for over 15 years and has consulted with leading organizations around the world. He has significant experience working with customers on mission critical systems and implementations. Ben is also involved in the ongoing evolution of Hexagon solutions that provide next generation services and alternatives to our customers.
John WhiteheadVP, Public Safety
John Whitehead is the vice president of sales for Hexagon. He has more 25 years of public safety experience, including 15 years at Hexagon and eight years as operation manager for Jefferson County, Missouri, 911. John has served as a strategic partner to many Hexagon customers including Aurora, Illinois, and Arlington, Texas.
John is a volunteer firefighter and served as board chairman for the North Jefferson Ambulance District.
Jessica EnewoldApplication Engineer, CAD & Mobile
Jessica Enewold is an applications engineer at Hexagon and has more than 20 years of public safety experience in 911 center operations, CAD development, CAD and mobile implementations, and technical support.
She began her public safety career in dispatch and also served as training coordinator at Whatcom County Communications Center in Bellevue, Washington.
James ThackerApplication Engineer, CAD & Mobile
James “JT” Thacker is an applications engineer for Hexagon’s public safety solutions specializing in CAD and mobile products. JT previously worked as a system administrator supporting a medical practice.
His public safety career includes experience with University of Colorado-Boulder campus police, and two internships in information management systems and electronic security systems with federal law enforcement agencies.
Eric SmithProduct Enablement Director
Eric Smith is the product enablement director for public safety at Hexagon. Eric has nearly 30 years of experience in the public safety realm; he spent 14 years in law enforcement, followed by 13 years working with public safety software as a solutions consultant for CAD, RMS, jail management systems, and analytics.
Eric’s expertise with public safety software systems has directly contributed to successful implementation and cutovers in markets of all sizes.
Brad RobbinsVP, Software Development
Brad Robbins is the vice president of software development for Hexagon. He specializes in public safety solutions, including CAD and RMS products. Brad has more than 20 years of experience providing technology solutions to police, fire, and EMS agencies around the globe.
Brad has worked at all levels of the development process, and has participated in the implementation and cutovers for many Hexagon customers.
James LarsenApplication Engineer, RMS
James Larsen is a senior applications consultant engineer with Hexagon. He has 18 years of experience in the public safety software field, specializing in RMS. With Hexagon, James has worked with large and complex customers including Baltimore County, Dallas and Phoenix.
Prior to joining Hexagon, James managed large and complex public safety customers across the nation.
Ben Van HorneSolution Architect, RMS
Ben Van Horne is a solution architect at Hexagon specializing in RMS. With more than 20 years of experience in the public safety industry, Ben has played a strategic leadership role in the successful implementations of some of Hexagon’s largest records management systems in North America, including DuPage County, Illinois, Dallas, and Phoenix.
His extensive records management experience in mission-critical systems contributes towards the development of next-gen Hexagon RMS solutions.
Chad SandersSystems Architect & Consultant
Chad Sanders is a systems architect and technical consultant for Hexagon, specializing in public safety software solutions. Chad has more than 20 years of architecting and systems consulting experience with a focus on storage and virtualization.
Chad helped design and implement the largest per-seat 911 system in the U.S., as well as the largest virtual desktop infrastructure in Alabama.
Deronta RobinsonProject Management Office Director
Deronta Robinson serves as the project management office (PMO) director for Hexagon. A former U.S. Marine, Deronta has over a decade of public safety software delivery experience. He has facilitated delivery of CAD, RMS and jail software to more than 300 agencies across the U.S.
As Hexagon’s PMO director, Deronta focuses on repeatable processes and proactive communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
David CybuckApplication Security Manager
David Cybuck is the application security manager for Hexagon and is tasked with leveraging new and evolving technology to meet customers’ security needs. Under his leadership, Hexagon has automated software security testing, accelerated release and patching cycles with secure DevOps practices, and completed external penetration tests of its software.
In 2019, he built a secure deployment in Microsoft Azure; his team is now working towards ISO27001 certification across the DevCloud.
Mohinder SinghInterface Engineer
Mohinder "Mo" Singh has more than 25 years of public safety experience at Hexagon. For the first 15 years of his career, Mo was an I/CAD implementer, providing implementation support for major accounts like the cities of San Jose and San Diego, California, Sonoma County, California, and Richmond, Virginia.
In his current role, Mo is designing and developing custom software solutions that include CAD2CAD Mutual-Aid, ShotSpotter, Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP), Motorola P25 GPS, PulsePoint and many others.
