Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure Joins Microsoft at MCT 2018

Ian Holmes presenting at MCT 2018

Recently, Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure joined Microsoft at its Public Safety and National Security Solutions Hub during Mission Critical Technologies (MCT) 2018, part of TechXLR8. More than 2000 public protection and disaster relief professionals were welcomed to the stand at ExCel London.

The aim of MCT 2018 was to address the global public safety market’s need to be quicker, smarter, and more efficient at keeping citizens safe. This aligns well with Hexagon’s mission to connect organizations with the mission-critical and business-critical data necessary to make better, timelier, and more informed decisions. During the conference, we demonstrated our latest software for incident management and crisis management.

While at MCT 2018, I had the opportunity to give a presentation in the Microsoft Soap Box theatre titled, “Intergraph Planning & Response - Manage the Entire Lifecycle of Major Incidents and Events, Coordinating Resources, Procedures, and Communications for Individual Agencies or Across Jurisdictions and Multi-Agency Response.” The presentation provided a high-level overview of Hexagon’s crisis management solution and capabilities.

Thank you to Microsoft for making this another successful event.
